When is the completion date?

The theater revitalization process will take place in phases, beginning with demolition beginning July 6, 2026, and the full design phase beginning soon thereafter. We will update this timeline as the work progresses.
Is this a non-profit?

Yes. The Theater operates as an entity under the Maxinkuckee Performing Arts Foundation in conjunction with its board. All donations are fully tax deductible. Please visit our DONATIONS page.
What type of facility will it become?

Currently we are planning to have the space as a movie theater, stage theater and community space. An ongoing needs assessment is underway. Please give us your input on the survey located on our CONTACTS page.
Can I rent the space for my event?

Yes. The space will be made available for public, town, and private events.
