The Maxinkuckee Performing Arts Theater Foundation (MPAT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation registered with the State of Indiana and the US Internal Revenue Service. We have been vetted by both Goodstack and Google For Nonprofits. Our EIN is 88-2952553.

We look forward to donations both small and large while we also apply for grant funding under county and state grant offerings. We successfully received a grant from the Marshall County Community Foundation in 2025, and we have submitted a grant application in conjunction with the Town of Culver for the current Lilly Arts & Culture Grants being distributed by READI 2.0
