The Maxinkuckee Performing Arts Theater Foundation (MPAT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation registered with the State of Indiana and the US Internal Revenue Service. We have been vetted by both Goodstack and Google For Nonprofits. Our EIN is 88-2952553.
We look forward to donations both small and large while we also apply for grant funding under county and state grant offerings. We successfully received a grant from the Marshall County Community Foundation in 2025, and we have submitted a grant application in conjunction with the Town of Culver for the current Lilly Arts & Culture Grants being distributed by READI 2.0

Yes. The MPAT Foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Current donations are being used for the planning, demolition, design, and ultimate construction of the new facility. Small amounts are used for administrative costs. MPAT is currently fully volunteer staffed.

Marshall County Community Foundation (MCCF) provides monetary management of donated funds and is a trusted point of contact for those donation. If you wish a receipt or confirmation, MCCF will gladly provide one.

Yes, we love in-kind donations. The theater property was donated to us and we have received in-kind donations of services from our planning consultants and our demolition contractor.
